2009 Diomede - Aglianico del Taburno DOCG

Grown on the Hillsides of Ponte, Sannio at an altitude of 200 to 400m, the best selection of grapes were hand-picked into baskets. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in vertical wood vats followed by a 10 day malolactic fermentation and then stored in stainless steel prior to an ageing regimen of 12 months in barrique and 18 months in the bottle, unfiltered, in a dark and cool environment.

Intense ruby red in colour with excellent concentration Intense and refined perfumes with strong berry notes – predominantly blueberry Its palate is similar to its bouquet and amplified by a powerful structure - refined tannins and very good balance between oak and fruit.

2015 Giano - Sannio Taburno Greco DOP

Greco

Hand picked from south-west exposure hillside (predominantly clay soil) grown grapes. Soft pressed after a brief maceration then fermented and stored in stainless steel. Straw-yellow in colour with strong scents of mature fruit and floral notes. Excellent freshness in the mouth with a soft, elegant finish.
