The selected Cabernet Sauvignon (primary component), Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes from homogeneous vineyard parcels, were each harvested and fermented separately. Aging took place for 1 year in used oak barrels, on the lees, with weekly stirring; clarified with some racking, it was not filtered; then a futher one year aging in bottle.

Suggested serving it at 18°C (64°F); waiting for some time after uncorking. It is excellent in pairing with intensely flavourful food.  The wine will reward cellaring.
