2014 Rosso dei Falezza IGT

50% Corvina, 15% Rondinella, 15% Corvinone, 10% Oseleta, 5% Croatina & 5% Merlot

In late September the perfectly matured grapes, that make this  Rosso Dei Falezza, are manually selected and harvested. Trellis dried for approximately 4 months, intensifying extract and aromatic substances, the grapes are subsequently pressed and left to ferment for approximately one month. They are then refined in oak barrels for 16 months before completing the refinement period in the bottle.

Elegant fragrant notes carrying aromas of cooked fruit, spices and plum pairing well with aromas of tobacco and leather expressing a structural finesse that is accentuated over time. Consistent on the palate, full-bodied, sapid and well-balanced with an intense and aromatic flavou; the alcohol is well- balanced with the silky and soft tannins.

Dee ruby red in colour. Intense with scents of spices, black cherries and plums. When young (2 years) recalls Amarone vinasse The taste is dry, with sweet tannins, that make it velvety and well-bodied.

2015 Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG

During the  grape- harvest, only the best bunches are selected and then left to dry intil January.  The ageing in wood barrels, new only in part, is ideal to bring this noble wine to the right point of maturity.  After bottling the wine remains in the the cellar at a constant temperature to allow further ageing.Marked bouquet of dried grapes and fruit in alcohol, with spicy nuance.   Deep ruby red, with a pleasant orange shade due to the ageing process. Persistent and soft flavours with well balanced tannins; this well structured wine leaves the mouth clean and pleasantly satisfied. Excellent to be enjoyed immediately, this wine can also be kept for 15 to 20 years.

2015 Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG

60% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella & 5% Oseleta

In September, only the best bunches are harvest and allowed to dry until January/February. Vinified for 30 days in stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels for 8 months; 70% in large (2500L) barrels and 30% in barriques. Finally bottle aged for an additional 8 months.

Intense ruby red, with orange hints due to ageing. Sweet and warm It recalls dried grapes, raspberry jam and black cherries, pleasantly spicy with notes of aromatic pipe tobacco. As a typical dessert wine, it is perfectly paired with chocolate desserts or dry pastries, as well as well seasoned and spicy cheeses it is excellent as a "meditative wine" to enjoy with good company. It has an ageing potential of 15-20 years.
