Vigorous straw yellow with some green shades. White flowers, apple and exotic fruit aromas. The mouthfeel offers a high minerality, its balanced acidity makes it a pleasantly fresh wine. Best served with soft cheese, shellfish and seafood. Excellent for aperitif. Enjoy at 10-12°C.
2019 Chianti Montalbano DOCG
Vivid ruby red. The wine has red berries, rose and violets aromas. The mouthfeel is very fresh and pleasantly harmonic. It has a persistent and pleasantly tannin flavour that makes it a balanced and pleasant wine. Best enjoyed with cold cuts, semi-seasoned cheese, first courses with tasty meat sauces and grilled meat.

Vivid ruby red, with slight garnet coloured shades. The wine has red berries and spices aromas with a delightful vanilla sensation. The mouthfeel is very sophisticated and pleasantly harmonic. It has a persistent and pleasantly tannin flavor, with a well combined freshness. Wonderful with grilled red meat and roasted poultry. It is recommended to uncork the bottle at least 15 minutes prior to consumption.

2015 Vin Santo Carmignano DOC
Grapes are harvested by hand and they are dried in a vinsantaia on cane trellises for approximately 4 months. Once the grapes are dried, they are pressed and its must is stored in a 50hl caratello (small wood barrel) for 3-5 years.
Intense golden yellow. It has ethereal-alcoholic dried fruits, honey and apricot aromas. Full bodied in taste, its fair volatile acidity makes the sweetness and the freshness combine perfectly. Excellent persistence, complex and harmonic aftertaste. To be enjoyed with the traditional cantuccini (cookies with almonds), Recommended to try it with herbed cheese and hard cheese. Vin Santo is a definitely a meditation wine. Best serve at 14-16°C.
