50% Syrah, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Mourvèdre & 10% Carinyena

The gem of the Faugères appellation. The old vine grenache grapes are macerated and fermented in two manners: long and cool and carbonic. The two are then blended to offer up an inviting wine loaded with blackberry aromas and flavours, supple tannins yet fresh on the palate. Can develop in the bottle 10 or more years with ease.
