The the five hectares of Fronsac vineyards of Château La Longua are but a few kilometers from the slopes of Saint Emilion and Pomerol and benefit from their elevation and south/south-western exposure.

The Château has belonged to the Rullier family for generations and currently is being managed by Brigitte Rullier- Loussert who is also the winemaker. Her deft touch brings elegence and finesse to this little gem.  She also owns, manages, and makes the wine at Château Dalem and Château de la Huste.

90% Merlot & 10% Cabernet Franc

Considered the 2nd wine of Chateau Dalem; it has rich aromas of dark ripe fruit, chocolate, underlying tobacco notes and, nice big round tannins. A delicious finish and good length and is definitely one of the great values of Bordeaux,
