Château Moulin de Lagnet

Cháteau Moulin de Lagnet is in the middle of the appellation Sainte Emilion, in the village of Saint Christophe des Bardes. The vineyard consists of six hectares of 40 year old vines, with clayey and chalky soil.

80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Cabernet Franc

Harvested from 40 year old vines. Since the 2004 vintage, the Chateau is certified organic. A deep, gleaming purple colour. On the nose, aromatic and clean; delicate scents of peony and spices. On the palate, young, elegant, concentrated and finely balanced. Pleasantly melted, perceptible tannin. Excellent overall balance. Delicate. The finish gives excellent length.
