2018 Clos de Dia Garnacha Blanc DO Terra Alta

Garnatxa

White Garnacha is usually only found in blends, but the Clos de Dia “Vineyard ofthe Day” is a beautiful wine of the grape and area. Aged in stainless steel, thewine is floral, pretty and aromatic on the nose and on the palate. The wine finishes dry, with stony mineral and citrus flavours. Pairs well with cuisine that is light, fresh and vibrant.

2015 Clos de Nit Criança DO Montsant

40% Garnatxa, 40% Carinyena & 20% Syrah

Deep red cherry red colour with violet reflections. This wine offers an elegant aroma of ripe red fruits, with fine nuances of oak and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fleshy, sweet and potent with a good balance. Its aftertaste is very fruity, with good balance and excellent varietal expression.
Some nice pairings for this wine could include barbecue, stews and game as well as any meat with vegetables. It can also be served with smoked food, foie-gras and cured cheeses.

2012 Aureola Gran Reserva DO Tarragona

50% Tempranillo, 25% Garnatxa & 25% Carinyena

Aureola” translates to “Circle of Light” and is produced from vines more than 25 years old. The Gran Reserva is aged 24 months in French & American Oak, followed by another 36 months in bottle. Intense cherry colour with garnet highlights. Aromas of ripe black fruits and vainilla. In the mouth it is balanced, Structured, well rounded and pleasant.
This wine pairs very well with mature cheese, cured ham, beef, lamb, gravy meat and mushrooms.

2016 Priorat Feixa Negra DO Priorat

50% Garnatxa & 50% Carinyena

From 25 year old vines.  Dark ruby red in colour with hints of purple. Aroma of red fruits, with toasted notes and hints of raisins. In the mouth it is full-bodied and potent, concentrated and reminiscent of preserves and cocoa. Very long and well-balanced aftertaste.
We recommend to serve it accompanying meats, roasts, stews, mushrooms and blue cheeses.
