2016 Cuvée Harmonie

90% Petit Verdot & 10% Tannat

Produced from 20+ year old vines in the Aragon region of Spain but not a DO Catayud wine.  Fermented in stainless steel followed by 12 months in French Oak barrels and an additonal 6 months in bottle before release.

The deep purple colour forshadows deep intense aromas of dark berries, raspberry jam and violets followed by flavours of blackberries, blueberries. The wine is in perfect balance, with slight acidity that gives the necessary freshness so significant for a wine with high alcoholic grading. Its finish and aftertaste is extremely long and pleasant. Serve at 16 – 18º C
