2016 Bergamota Tinto DOC Dão

80% Touriga Nacional, 10% Tinta Roriz, 5% Jaen & 5% Alfrocheiro

Bergamota is the expression of elegance and aristocracy. Plenty of violet notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Dense and complex.
“Very deep mulberry core with black inflections. The rich and generous nose explodes with ripe cherries, pomegranate seeds, black chocolate and toasted walnuts. Showing slights signs of advancement already, the wine has leather and tobacco leaf notes. The lightly drying tannins are well integrated as is the medium acidity.” - Wine Enthusiast.

2016 Prunus Tinto DOC Dão

80% Jaen, 10% Tinta Roriz, 5% Alfrocheiro & 5% Touriga Nacional

Elegance on a grand scale. Lightly oaked and perfectly balanced, with a silky texture and crisp edge. The nose is cram-packed with mulberries, blackberries and anise. On the palate, black cherry and raspberry fruit tones with creamy and chocolaty oak flavors. Delicious with poultry and pork dishes.

50% Encruzado, 15% Cercial Branco, 15% Malvasia Fina & 15% Bical

Well-rounded and harmonious with concentrated fruit flavors of peaches yellow plums, apricots and floral notes while mineral on the palate with long mouthwatering finish. Serve chilled with seafood, fresh fish and creamy pasta.

Tinta Roriz

Whole cluster pressing with natural yeast fermentaton and ageing in stainless steel, this Dão rosé wine has a fantastic potential for food pairing with everything from grilled fish to lamb. Excellent balance of juicy berries, rose flower and minerality with long delicious finish.

2018 Azahar DOC Vinho Verde

35% Loureiro, 25% Pedernã (Arinto), 25% Trajadura & 15% Azal

The first producer in Vinho Verde with denomination  ATLANTIC COAST VINEYARD WINE

Vinho Verde is clearly unique in the world. From the ever-green region, where the temperatures are never too high, rainfall on the 1500mm average and high humidity.  This wine comes from vineyards 15km close to Atlantic; those conditions create acidic but subtle, fresh and fruity wines, and Azahar is the perfect example of what the region is capable of.

“Vibrant yellow color and hints of gold. A becoming note of maturity is developing in the wine, showing a NV-Champagne-like nose as well as a lager-like, yeasty quality. This is a richer style of Vinho Verde. It has an exotic tinge to it with some attractive oxidation and very nice concentration” – Wine Enthusiast.
