2015 Gevrey-Chambertin "Creux Brouillard"

Pinot Noir

Nice deep ruby robe, limpid and brilliant in clolour. Its bouquet is open with pleasant aromas of blackberry and other black berry fruits so typical from the wines from Côte de Nuits; backed by nice touch of toasted bread In the mouth : Full of fruits, powerful and complex at the same time, with the flavours of undergrowth and blueberry. Tannins are well integrated and the wine is very elegant and long lasting.

2015 Mercurey "Les Perrières"

Pinot Noir

One of the most beautiful Mercurey terroirs Care - in the middle of a stony slope with a rocky outcrop.  Due to the age of the vines (40 years) it is harvested in 2 goes.

A nice deep garnet-red robe, clear and brilliant in appearance. An open and pleasant nose of fresh black fruits, such as blackberries, with a spicy touch. Tannins are round, delicate and well integrated and offers good length.

2015 Puligny-Montrachet "Les Boudrières"

Chardonnay

Produced from 55 year old vines. Nice gold colour with tints of green; limpid and brilliant. A very expressive bouquet with a nose of hawthorn, ripe grape, hazelnut, almond paste and green apple. Butter, hot "croissant", flint and honey on the second nose while in the mouth it is well balanced, very complex and truly a fine wine.

2015 Rully 1er Cru "Chapitre"

Pinot Noir

Produced from 40 year old vines grown on the middle of the clay-limestone slope of Care.  Nice shiny ruby robe, limpid and brilliant in colour.  Its bouquet is elegant with open aromas of cherry with a touch of raspberry, spices and vanilla. There is a light pepper touch on the second nose.  In the mouth there is a finesse and elegance. The finish is long lasting and very fruity.
