2008 AOC Chablis Grand Cru Valmur
"Mango, lemon butter, chalky, floral, honey, citrus flower and grapefruit aromas. Rich, round, ripe and full with some fatness. Broad with lots of buttery, honey, pineapple, green apple, acacia, baked pear and flinty mineral flavours. Long with a toasty, lees finish. Very ripe with good acidity but not high, this is a close to New World chardonnay as it gets yet with Chablis class."

2013 AOC Petit Chablis
Petit Chablis is a fresh and very aromatic wine. Its fruity and vivid nose exhales apple and citrus notes. In mouth, it presents a nice gustatory attack combined with a round and fine palate. Brilliant and srewcap to boot!
